Any payment made towards service charges, consultation fees, or application processing support is considered as confirmation of the user’s agreement to proceed with the services offered by Mahendra Overseas Consultancy. Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where services have not yet been initiated or where a cancellation request is submitted within a reasonable time frame before the service process begins. Therefore, refunds will not be provided in cases where a student’s application is rejected by a university, visa authorities decline approval, or if the student decides to withdraw from the process after the service has commenced.
