Sri Gokulam College of Nursing, Salem was established in the year 2001 as a Private Educational Institution. Sri Gokulam College of Nursing Salem is approved by INC, and is affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. Sri Gokulam College of Nursing offers admission in the field of Paramedical at UG/ PG/ Diploma level. Prof. A.Jayasudha is the Principal.

- Must have at least one year experience in college / school / teaching hospital / health nurse community after registration. (Post Basic B.Sc Nursing applicants are admitted to the course immediately after graduation)
- He / She must be registered with Tamil Nurses and Midwives council

Ph.D | - Cleared M.Sc Nursing and work experience in any one of the Nursing colleges affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University

GNM | - Passed HSC or any other exam considered equal to it with not less than 40% marks in any stream

Note: For bachelor’s degree and diploma in Nursing, candidates must have attained 17 years of age.

- 12th class marksheet (For candidates applying for diploma and UG programs)
- Marksheets of graduation / UG Provisional Certificate (For PG programs)
- Aadhaar Card
- Council Registration Certificate from Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council. Applicants registered with another state Nursing Council should present the Registration Certificate of another state council also. (For PG programs)
- Eligibility Certificate from the affiliating university (not applicable for diploma course)
- Caste Certificate (not applicable for OC candidates)
- Migration Certificate (applicable for candidates who have passed HSC exam from other than Tamil Nadu Board)
- Five recent passport size photo
