Before applying for admissions candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Qualified 10+2 or equivalent exam with PCB / Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
- If qualified, any exam conducted by Government of Tamil Nadu other than 10+2 than must produce an eligibility certificate from affiliating university, at the time of application.

The candidates are required to download the Application Form from the official website of the college. They need to submit the duly filled form with required documents at the principal office of the college. Final admissions will be provided to the candidates on the basis of process conducted by MGR Medical University or as per the rules prescribed by the government.
