Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Nursing was started in 2006 under the aegis of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Charitable and Educational Trust. It is situated in Perambalur, Tamil Nadu and affiliated to The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai. It is recognised by Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Tamilnadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNNMC).

Students can obtain UG and PG degrees and Diplomas from the college which are as follows:

- Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing)
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
- Diploma in Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM)
Admissions to the courses offered by the college are provided on the basis of below mentioned eligibility criteria:
